Presented here are Ephrem the Syrian's commentaries on the Letters of Saint Paul, translated into Latin from the Armenian version by Mekhitarist priests. This volume is especially valuable as it includes Ephrem's commentary on the apocryphal Third Letter to the Corinthians, in which he extends the polemic of the letter against Gnosticism to attack doctrines of Bardaisan, as well as other works of Ephrem which are no longer extant in Syriac or Greek.
